But lets be honest... I'm not a pimp. I am not real big on bling. And the stock wheels, looked kinda nice if you asked me...
But the wheel well gap was kind of big. And I found a great dealer in town for it. Cascade Truck and Auto Accessories (no URL) but they did an amazing job.
The wheels are Boss 327s and the tires are 275/40R20s. The best part, the ride didn't change at all! I really didn't want to be ridding on a bumper car, that's why I kept it to 20" wheels. |

Between the extra width (225 to 275s) and the extra inch in OD, it fills up the wheel wells better then I could of expected.
But, as you can see, I found a new problem.... My brakes looked naked and ugly. So I was going to paint them. But when I was speaking to Cascade, they said they could do it for 1/2 hour of labor. It was a done deal. 1 1/2 hours later, they finished.
I had them painted Chrysler Orange... Not MOPAR orange from MOPAR, Chrysler Orange from BAP... Why? One was $25 for the MOPAR trademark, one was $5 for the "generic"... Same color... Same look. |
